Position Title - Business Analyst Sales Operations

Employment Type - Full Time Role

Work Location - Riyadh, KSA.

We are seeking a Sales Operations / Business Analyst to support business growth by driving data-led insights, improving sales processes, and enabling leadership with accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance analytics.

The role acts as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Operations, and Leadership, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Performance Analytics

  • Own sales performance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs (pipeline, revenue, conversion, win-loss, quota attainment).
  • Analyze sales funnel health, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity.
  • Track targets vs. actuals, YoY growth, and regional / product-wise performance.
  • Support leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (WBR/QBR).

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Translate business needs into data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and
  • improvement opportunities.
  • Support strategic planning, pricing analysis, and commercial decision-making.

CRM, Tools & Process Optimization

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce / Zoho / Dynamics or similar).
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and governance across CRM and reporting tools.
  • Improve sales processes related to lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting and improve efficiency.

Reporting, Dashboards & Automation

  • Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Excel.
  • Build automated reports using SQL, Power Query, DAX, or advanced Excel.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure reports are aligned with business objectives and KPIs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis.
  • Work with Marketing on lead quality, conversion analysis, and campaign ROI.
  • Support Sales Enablement with insights, tools, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with IT / Data teams for data integration and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, IT, Analytics, or related field
  • MBA or advanced analytics certification is a plus

Experience

  • 510+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, or Analytics
  • Proven experience supporting Sales leadership and commercial teams
  • Exposure to B2B / Enterprise / Technology / Consulting environments preferred

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and reporting automation
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce / Zoho / Dynamics)
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline management

Business & Soft Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Commercial acumen and business understanding

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in KSA / GCC market
  • Exposure to finance metrics (P&L, margins, pricing analysis)
  • Knowledge of Agile / Jira / Confluence
  • Experience working with senior leadership (Director / VP / CXO level)
