We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the payment's domain and API Design. The ideal candidate will possess excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills, and will play a key role in analyzing, documenting and supporting the delivery of complex payment initiatives, particularly in cross-border, real-time and digital payment ecosystems around API services.

You will work closely with architects and product owners on:

  • API Contracts
  • Resource modelling and payload structure
  • Enhancement and review of new API specifications
  • Assist in API definition, data mapping, message standards (ISO 20022 or similar) and field-level specifications
  • Ensure APIs align with enterprise API standards, security guidelines and governance policies.

Key Skills And Qualifications


  • Prior knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
  • Knowledge of API Security concepts
  • Strong understanding of API & Integration
  • Prior experience working on API design
  • Solid understanding of data structures, message formats, APIs and integration patterns
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
