Description
The Business Analyst will drive the discovery, documentation, and management of business and technical requirements for enterprise integration projects. The BA will serve as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure that solution development meets strategic and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project workstreams and deliver best-in-class processes and capabilities.
- Serve as a thought leader with extensive industry expertise.
- Manage stakeholders and facilitate business workshops.
- Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap and backlog.
- Provide functional oversight for product delivery, collaborating with engineering teams.
- Support account mining and business development initiatives.
- Contribute to thought leadership activities.
- Mentor junior team members and support practice development.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience in the airline domain.
- Prior experience with mobile app development and airline booking engines (Amadeus preferred).
- Deep understanding of product management concepts and experience with large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills; highly self-motivated problem solver.
- Skilled in conducting secondary market research and presenting best practices.
- Effective coordination with onshore/offshore and client stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, highlight issues, and recommend solutions.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong experience in SAFe Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- MBA or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Science.
- Strong IT experience and good business domain knowledge.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
