We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to contribute to large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives within the banking sector. This role will focus on translating business needs into technology-driven solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and successful delivery of strategic programs.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, solid exposure to banking operations, and hands-on experience managing the full business analysis lifecycle across complex financial environments.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Understanding of core banking and digital banking ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with Agile collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, middleware, and workflow platforms.
- Ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and issue investigation.
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.

- Experience working across multi-team and vendor-driven environments.
- Exposure to core banking transformation or large-scale system implementation programs is highly desirable.
