Job Overview
Support the identification and attraction of investors and provide guidance needed to create and maintain business relationships.
Review investor applications, complete documentation, allocate plots, and provide recommendations to the Business Development Director.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop investor opportunities aligned with company strategic targets in collaboration with the Business Development Director.
- Build relationships with existing investors and prospective investors.
- Coordinate investor-attraction events with PR and Marketing.
- Prepare business development activity and achievement reports for senior management.
- Guide investors on Zone services for opening a business, including assessment, design, construction, and funding as appropriate.
- Gather and share regional market and competition information for investment feasibility analysis.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve investor inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Review investor proposals and recommend approval or rejection based on company goals.
- Conduct financial analysis of potential business opportunities and investments and prepare action plans.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
Work Experience
- A minimum of three years of work experience is required, preferably in the relevant discipline.
Certification and Skills
- Certification in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
