Business Analyst

Role Objectives:

The Business Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining financial reports and management dashboards. The role will focus on consolidating data from multiple stakeholders, transforming it into actionable insights, and delivering high-quality reports to management using Power BI.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and develop financial reporting covering the full Financial Statements.
• Consolidate data from multiple stakeholders (Finance, Commercial, Operations, Production, etc.).
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for management reporting.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly business reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Deliver detailed financial analysis including P&L, performance tracking, contribution margin, and Actual vs Budget analysis.
• Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and provide variance explanations with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality reporting and business insights.
• Support senior management with ad-hoc analysis and insights.
• Work closely with Finance / FP&A leadership while owning execution and delivery.

Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis or Financial Reporting.
• Advanced Power BI experience (must-have).
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience handling large datasets from multiple sources.
• Solid understanding of P&L structure, cost analysis, and contribution margin.
• Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting concepts.
• Ability to analyze trends, variances, and performance drivers.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and management.
