Business Analyst — Client Engagement & Product Coordination

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to serve as the primary link between our client and internal delivery teams. You will engage directly with the client to understand business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, coordinate delivery across multiple internal product teams, and own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process end to end.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact with the client, independently managing day-to-day communication and requirement discussions

- Break down high-level business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories for engineering teams

- Communicate and coordinate requirements across multiple internal CBB (Common Building Block) product teams, tracking progress and resolving cross-team dependencies and priority conflicts

- Own the UAT process end to end: define test plans and test cases, organize client acceptance testing, track defects to closure, and drive sign-off for go-live

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above, any discipline

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or client-facing product coordination

- Strong client communication and requirement elicitation skills; comfortable managing client relationships independently

- Proven ability to write clear requirement documentation (PRDs / functional specs)

- Experience coordinating across multiple teams or workstreams in parallel

- Experience planning and running UAT

- Low technical bar: no coding required, but should be comfortable enough with technical concepts (APIs, system architecture at a high level) to communicate effectively with engineering teams

- Must be eligible to work in Singapore

Good to Have

- Prior frontend/software development background (helps in understanding system implementation when working with engineering teams)

- Experience in the power, electricity, renewable, building industries
