Position Objectives:
- Support consulting and project delivery by developing analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations that enable data-driven decision-making for public sector in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Focuses on applying Power BI, Excel, and AI-assisted tools to analyze data, identify insights, and create clear visual outputs.
- Assist in translating project requirements into structured models, reports, and documentation aligned with public sector objectives.
- Strong presentation development skills using PowerPoint to prepare client-ready materials.
- Support project scheduling, task tracking, and reporting through MS Project and standard project management tools.
- Collaborating with consultants and managers to gather requirements, validate findings, and ensure quality outputs. The primary objective is to deliver accurate, well-structured analytical deliverables that support AI-enabled consulting and transformation engagements.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to support AI-driven and digital transformation initiatives for public sector projects.
- Build Power BI dashboards that visualize KPIs, trends, and performance metrics aligned with project requirements.
- Responsibilities include preparing detailed Excel models, conducting scenario analysis, and supporting quantitative assessments.
- Create structured, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for client updates, workshops, and executive briefings.
- Assist in planning and tracking project tasks, milestones, and deliverables using MS Project.
- Conducting research, benchmarking, and preparing documentation that supports strategic and technical analyses.
- Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Develop business cases, process maps, workflow diagrams, and data summaries.
- Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, validated, and presented in a clear and professional format.
- Supporting change management activities and ensuring alignment between analytical deliverables and project goals.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and managers to maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or consulting roles with exposure to AI or digital transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, visualization, and data modeling.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and model development.
- Good working knowledge of MS Project for task tracking and project coordination.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills for developing clear, structured, and client-ready presentations.
- Experience working on public sector or government transformation projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to support structured consulting outputs.
- Excellent command of English, with Arabic proficiency considered an added advantage.
