Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

· Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

· Work closely with stakeholders in data-driven projects to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced data utilization.

· Create detailed functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process documentation, ensuring clarity on data governance and compliance.

· Translate business requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Data Requirement Specifications (DRS), and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).

· Collaborate with project teams, data engineers, and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of the solutions.

· Conduct data analysis and validation to support decision-making, ensuring data integrity, quality, and accuracy.

· Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input, drive consensus, and align stakeholders on the projects.

· Assist in testing, validation, and reconciliation of data systems and processes to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

· Provide training and support to end-users on data analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.

· Stay informed on industry trends, data security best practices, and evolving regulatory requirements to enhance business analysis methodologies.

Requirements

· Bachelor&aposs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the data field for financial services or governmental institutions.

· Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements effectively

· Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· 4+ years of experience
