The purpose of this job is to provide direct support to the Everyday Banking & Lending team on all matters related to MIS, Analytics, Incentives, Reporting including data extraction, report preparation, building performance decks to name a few. Focusing on Mass and Payments segments of Consumer Banking.
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Support on all data and MI reporting matters related to Business Performance and Portfolio
- Assist on required data for presentations for business reviews
- Develop and Maintain Customized Reporting Requirements
- Develop new performance dashboards and assist on fully automating them
- Incentive calculations and performance management
- Consolidation of information from stakeholders, analysis of the data and creation of presentations to bank senior management
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
Minimum Experience
- 3 years relevant experience in similar roles in the banking sector
Other Essential Requirements
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Advanced presentation skills
- BI tools knowledge like OBIEE, Business Objects, or any other tool
Understanding and knowledge of Retail banking products
