Role Summary
We are looking for a high-caliber Business Analyst Specialist to join our Digital Transformation team. You will serve as the primary architect of requirements for our software development and system integration projects. You will not only gather business needs but also translate them into technical specifications that our engineers and developers can execute with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Engineering: Lead elicitation sessions (workshops, JAD, interviews) to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Transform business needs into high-quality BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Use Case Diagrams.
- System Analysis: Map As-Is and To-Be processes using BPMN 2.0 or UML to identify automation opportunities and system gaps.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the translator between non-technical business units and the IT development team/vendors.
- Agile Participation: Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog in Jira/Azure DevOps, ensuring acceptance criteria are clear.
- Quality Assurance & UAT: Define test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final IT solution meets business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Use SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) to support feasibility studies and post-launch performance audits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, IT projects, and digital transformation with a proven track record in large-scale enterprise projects.
- Language: Native Arabic and fluent Englishare mandatory.
- Location: Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Saudi Arabia for full-time on-site work
Technical Toolkit:
- Methodologies: Strong command of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.
- Tools: Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and SQL.
- Documentation: Proven ability to write technical specifications for web/mobile applications or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
Preferred Certifications
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMIPBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
