Business Analyst - Digital Banking

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Digital Banking initiatives, with a strong preference for candidates from the banking and financial services sector. The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver digital banking solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define solution requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, and process flows.
• Support UAT planning, test case review, and defect resolution.
• Ensure alignment of digital banking solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Digital Banking products and channels (Retail, Corporate, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payments, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in digital transformation or digital banking initiatives.
• Knowledge of banking processes, customer journeys, and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications would be an advantage.
