Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Business Analyst to work closely with our Carrier Relations Team in managing and improving day-to-day business performance in international messaging. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analytics, and sales teams and who wants to grow career in CPaaS or Telecom Business. You will be involved in sales support, business analysis, route promotion, vendor coordination, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and margins.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily and weekly traffic, margins, and account performance
Identify loss-making routes and accounts and recommend corrective actions
Identify new business opportunities and target accounts
Maintain and update available route lists with pricing and quality indicators
Assist procurement team with vendor comparisons and sourcing new routes
Coordinate with operators and aggregators for special deals and pricing
Support negotiations by preparing comparison and profitability data
Highlight missed opportunities and growth potential in existing accounts
Support pricing and route optimizations
Daily follow-ups with internal sales teams on opportunities and traffic issues
Prepare daily and weekly performance summaries
Provide actionable insights rather than only raw data
Support strategic planning discussions with commercial leadership
Must-Have Skills
Strong ability to work with Excel or Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable analyzing margins, traffic trends, and pricing
Ability to spot patterns and suggest improvements
Confident in speaking with International vendors and operators
Professional email and call communication
Comfortable following up persistently and diplomatically
