Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and helping deliver effective solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to improve operations and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and operational needs.
- Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support solution design and implementation activities.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and business analysis deliverables.
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams.
- Assist in project planning and implementation activities.

Qualifications

- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent are preferred.
