Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the upgrade and migration of Islamic banking products to the Finacle platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Islamic banking products, business process analysis, and requirements gathering, ensuring that the project adheres to Shariah compliance and meets the bank's objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Analyze payment systems, processes, and perform gap analysis.
• Work with technical teams to align system configurations with business needs.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionalities
• Prepare user documentation and provide training to end users.
• Hands-on experience with Finacle
• Strong knowledge of payment card processing, settlements, and clearing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
