The Digital Products, Business Analysis & Consulting CoE helps organizations leverage digital technologies and modern approaches to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve quality across internal operations. IF YOU ARE
- Experienced as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Corporate and/or Investment Banking products, processes, and systems
- Skilled in gathering, structuring, and analyzing business and functional requirements
- Confident working directly with business stakeholders, end-users, architects, and vendor teams
- Experienced in platform comparison and capability assessment
- Proactive, structured, and able to bring clarity in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Communicating fluently in English within international, cross-functional teams
- Flexible to operate in a SundayThursday workweek during the first 34 months of the project (full alignment preferred but not mandatory)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Contribute to the platform selection process for a major financial institution in the Middle East
- Analyze and map complex functional requirements across multiple potential solutions
- Prepare documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), gap analyses, and capability comparison matrices
- Facilitate and support discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and vendor solution demonstrations
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define end-to-end processes in Corporate and Investment Banking
- Provide advisory support based on industry best practices
- Assist in evaluating digitalization opportunities across onboarding, lending, corporate channels, and loan lifecycle management
- Travel onsite to Qatar approximately 2030% of the time, if required
- Engage in a short-term assignment with the possibility of extending the cooperation
