Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes under senior guidance.
• Support the analysis and documentation of business needs and requirements.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Help prepare and maintain business analysis documents such as BRDs, SRS, and basic prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers and system architects to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Assist in system testing activities, including test case preparation and execution.
• Help document system functionality and contribute to user manuals and supporting documentation.
• Maintain requirements and tasks using tools such as Azure DevOps

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role (internships or trainee roles are acceptable).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Basic understanding of business analysis tools, techniques, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of core business analysis concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
• Good organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate basic data and information into clear insights with guidance.
• Team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus.
