Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Partners and client teams by analyzing client businesses, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending new services that help clients enhance performance (profitability, cash flow, controls, reporting, growth). The role also helps drive cross-selling across our firm's service lines through structured insights, opportunity tracking, and proposal support.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Clients: Review financials, KPIs, and processes to identify risks and improvement areas.
- Recommend Services: Turn insights into actionable solutions and prepare proposals/business cases.
- Enable Cross-Selling: Spot opportunities within accounts and maintain an opportunity pipeline.
- Coordinate Internally: Work with Audit, Tax, Advisory, Risk, ESG, and Tech teams for integrated solutions.
- Support Clients: Join meetings, document needs, and deliver clear presentations and reports.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in public accounting, advisory/consulting, business analysis, FP&A, or financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, MIS, or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance drivers.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI/Tableau is an advantage).
- Professional certification is a plus: CPA/ACCA/CA/CMA/CFA (Level 1+)/CISA.
