As our new Business Analyst Intern, you will have responsibility for aligning our client's business requirements with the development, direction, and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will also work with several internal and external stakeholders to report progress, and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications in collaboration with stakeholders
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support business transformation and digital initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations that support informed business decision-making
- Collaborate with business, sales, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions while maintaining clear and accurate documentation
- Support project delivery through planning, testing, prioritization, progress tracking, and maintaining project documentation
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, IT, engineering, or a related field
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 1–2 years of experience, including internships
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify opportunities for improvement
- Foundational understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to work with data and derive insights; experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a structured approach to work
