Job Description :
The Business Analyst will support business and operational teams by analyzing data, documenting requirements, improving processes, and providing insights that support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to track performance and operational activities.
- Document business requirements, workflows, and process improvements.
- Support stakeholders by identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and proposing practical solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to manage and analyze data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment.
- Support ongoing projects by monitoring progress, tracking issues, and reporting status updates.
- Communicate insights and findings clearly to stakeholders and management.
