Business Analyst

Kinetic is in partnership with a Pharmaceutical company who's looking to hire a Business Analyst based in Riyadh, KSA.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Responsible for transforming market data into actionable strategic insights that will guide all commercial decisions, from forecasting and territory design to performance management.
• Utilizing IQVIA and other data sources to develop a weighted map of sales potential across KSA.
• Developing and managing the commercial performance dashboards. Track KPIs for the sales team post-launch and provide regular, insightful reports to the GTM committee.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analytics, sales analytics, or commercial excellence role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated, hands-on expertise with IQVIA data is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are required.
• Highly Analytical: A natural ability to see the story in the numbers and a passion for data.
• Strategic Thinker: Can connect data points to the bigger business picture.
