Role Description

In this role, you will join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and support our project teams in delivering consulting projects from start to finish. It is an opportunity to learn how consulting projects run, understand different clients and industries, and grow as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the project team in carrying out project tasks from start to delivery
• Understand the project scope, requirements, context, and challenges
• Conduct research on clients, industries, and market trends
• Benchmark against best practices
• Collect and analyze data to find trends and key insights
• Attend client meetings and prepare clear Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with action points
• Prepare presentations in PowerPoint, analyses in Excel, and reports in Word
• Use AI tools to speed up research, analysis, and document preparation
• Help colleagues when needed while keeping information confidential
• Respect MSE and client values, ethics, culture, and policies

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• 0 to 3 years of experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good research skills and attention to detail
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Comfortable using AI tools to support research and analysis
• Clear written and spoken communication in English and Arabic
• Able to organize work, manage time, and meet deadlines
• Team player who is eager to learn and take initiative
• Professional, reliable, and able to keep information confidential
