Required Skills & Experience

Functional Expertise

•Microsoft 365 & Power Platform (Forms, Lists, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)

•SAP ERP (functional knowledge), POS systems, CRM (Salesforce), E-commerce

•BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

•Practical understanding of generative and agentic AI Consulting & Data Awareness

•Translate business needs into automation, AI, and data-driven solutions

•Familiarity with ETL concepts, APIs, and Azure Data Warehouse / Synapse

•Understanding of data quality, dependencies, and reporting readiness

Core Skills

•Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

•Knowledge of project delivery and solution lifecycle

•Preferred certifications: PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, Copilot Studio (Applied Skills), CBAP

•5–10 years BA / functional consulting experience, preferably in Luxury retail
