Business Analyst Lead to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a group of business analysts and work closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs, formulate solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your leadership skills and in-depth understanding of business processes will be crucial in driving improvements and achieving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support in requirement gathering and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables based on business needs
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Develop and implement business process improvements, leveraging data analysis and user feedback
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is created and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements
- Oversee the execution of testing and validation processes to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project deliverables and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
- Strong understanding of business requirements elicitation and documentation techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in analytical tools and methodologies, with a strong ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to collaborate with a diverse team from various backgrounds
