We are looking for a Business Analyst for an international company operating in the commodities trading industry with global business processes and distributed infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and formalize business requirements from trading, risk management, and operations teams
- Configure and support CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP and global internal platforms
- Design and maintain data exchange flows between CRM, SAP, and other internal systems
- Develop management reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Automate data extraction and processing from multiple systems and sources
- Collaborate with developers on integrations, APIs, and ETL processes
- Prepare documentation, data flow diagrams, and user guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and ERP integrations
- Understanding of SAP architecture and integration principles
- Strong Power BI and SQL skills
- Understanding of the full trading/export operations lifecycle would be considered a plus
- English level: Intermediate+
- Russian language level: advanced
- Experience working with international teams is an advantage
