Title: Business Analyst

Location: Doha, Qatar

Experience: Utility sector experience — mandatory

Salary Range: 24K QAR / Annum

Key Skills & Experience:

Business analysis, requirements engineering, process modelling, traceability, CBAP preferred, utility sector.

Experience and Qualifications

• A relevant full-time degree; a Master's degree in a computing discipline is preferred.
• Experience in IT business analysis consistent with the assigned band: 7–10 years for U4 positions and 4–7 years for U3 positions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing software and business-oriented projects in a complex environment within the Utilities industry.
• Experience with requirements management tooling and traceability practice in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience working within an onsite / offshore delivery model and coordinating across time zones.

Certifications

• Formal business analysis certification such as CBAP is preferred; CCBA or PMI-PBA are acceptable equivalents.
• Agile analysis certification (IIBA-AAC, CSPO) is desirable for the hybrid-agile delivery model.
• Domain certification relevant to the assigned utility business area is an advantage.
