Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
Job Summar
yWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical CRM solutions. The successful candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
.Key Responsibilitie
- sGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- .Conduct workshops and interviews to identify business needs and process improvements
- .Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- .Configure and validate CRM functionalities to meet business requirements
- .Collaborate with CRM developers and project managers throughout the implementation lifecycle
- .Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- .Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), and process flow diagrams
- .Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and issue resolution
- .Train end users and prepare user documentation
- .Ensure successful deployment and adoption of CRM solutions
.Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- .Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- .Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- .Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis
- .Excellent documentation and communication skills
- .Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- .Ability to work onsite within Saudi Arabia
.Preferred Skill
- sExperience with Power Platform
- .Knowledge of CRM customization capabilities
- .Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus
