Business Analyst (Mid-Level)
Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop and document business process flows, functional specifications, and system architecture designs.
- Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and ensure clear communication of requirements.
- Analyze core business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Oversee product development stages, including planning, development, testing, release, and production.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with stakeholder objectives.
- Communicate project plans, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders and project managers.
Skills And Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on design creation and solution implementation.
- Strong knowledge of architecture design modeling and tools.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
- Strong process mapping, re-engineering, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Lucid chart, draw.io) and documentation management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Loop).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
- Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with a business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs.
Certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, or ScrumMaster (CSM), or PSPO are highly preferred
