Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mid-Level Business Analyst located in Riyadh. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing business processes, and ensuring the alignment of solutions with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, preparing detailed reports, and providing insights to support decision-making. The Business Analyst will also act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.

Role Overview:

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and quality teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. You will play a key role in translating business objectives into clear functional specifications that support high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and system needs

Translate requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria

Work closely with development and QC teams throughout the SDLC

Support Agile/Scrum activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews

Validate delivered solutions against business requirements

Assist in process improvement and system optimization initiatives

Prepare clear documentation and reports for technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software environment

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus
