What you'll do

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing Marketplace Operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Looker), along with a passion for uncovering actionable insights, solving operational challenges, and enabling teams through intuitive dashboards and clear metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain SQL-based datasets, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Looker.
• Analyze marketplace and operational performance to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and support effective, data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analytics.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketplace processes, reporting efficiency, and dashboard performance.
• Independently manage analytical requests, prioritize tasks, and communicate insights clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in business or data analytics.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses such as BigQuery.
• Experience using BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, and data-driven environments.
• Familiarity with version-control systems such as Git and dashboard-performance optimization techniques is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations is preferred but not mandatory.
