NextEra is seeking a dynamic resource who have experience in Telecom Business Analyst role.
The Telecom Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring telecom-related projects meet business objectives. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to optimize telecom systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for telecom projects.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing telecom processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
- Solution Design Support: Work with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs and telecom standards.
- Data Analysis: Interpret telecom data (billing, usage, network performance) to provide actionable insights.
- Testing & Validation: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), functional specifications, and process flows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, vendors, and technical teams.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to telecom regulations and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
- 57 years of experience as a Business Analyst in telecom or related domain.
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies (VoIP, MPLS, LTE, 5G, OSS/BSS systems).
- Proficiency in requirement gathering tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with telecom billing systems and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance such as Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), FCC, GDPR, etc.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
