Business Analyst & Project Manager
Role Purpose
The Business Analyst & Project Manager will act as a strategic support partner to the VP, responsible for analyzing data, managing projects end-to-end, synthesizing reports, and producing high-quality insights and presentations.
This role requires independence, analytical thinking, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Reporting
Analyze financial, operational, and performance reports
Extract key insights, trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare concise executive summaries for decision-making
Translate raw data into clear, actionable outputs
Project Management
Own assigned projects from start to finish
Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
Track progress and escalate risks early
Executive Support & Decision Preparation
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and briefing packs
Support strategic initiatives, planning exercises, and reviews
Handle preparatory work that would otherwise require VP involvement
Occasionally represent the VP in preparatory or coordination work
Stakeholder Coordination
Work cross-functionally with managers, finance, operations, and external parties
Ensure alignment, clarity of deliverables, and accountability
Required Skills & Profile
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
Structured thinking and clear communication
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong project management and follow-up discipline
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Preferred Background
48 years experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, PMO, or corporate roles
Experience working with senior leadership is a strong advantage
