Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that business goals are aligned with technical solutions.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Document and maintain business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate UAT and gather feedback to iteratively improve products and solutions.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise.
- Support change management efforts by communicating updates and training users on new systems and processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying relevant knowledge to enhance business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into understandable terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as JIRA or Trello, is preferred. Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL or Tableau, is a plus.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is advantageous but not required.
