We are currently hiring for a Business Analyst Lead Sales Operations Function role.

Languages: English & Arabic (Mandatory)

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking professional based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Sales Operations function for the customer
• Provide sales support for quote creation, complex bundling, conversions, validation, and approvals using CPQ tools
• Assist and validate deals in line with corporate ARR growth guidelines
• Identify and resolve issues/blockers in the quote-to-order process, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Channels, AE, Deals Desk, Finance)
• Monitor CRM data quality and ensure strong sales hygiene
• Contribute to the Sales Operations Playbook
• Support sales forecasting and reporting
