Business Analyst

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, customers, and delivery teams across technology and digital transformation initiatives.

This role is suited to someone with strong communication and presentation skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable outcomes. While deep technical expertise is not required, familiarity with Digital Transformation, Data, Analytics, and AI concepts is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in customer and internal meetings to understand business requirements, priorities, and challenges.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Support senior leadership during customer meetings, workshops, and executive reviews.
• Track IT delivery initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Prepare meeting summaries, project updates, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process improvement, and technology adoption.

Requirements

• United Arab Emirates Nationality.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in business coordination, consulting, project management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and business leaders.
• A self-driven, energetic, and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good understanding of IT delivery lifecycles, business operations, and organizational processes.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous involvement in Digital Transformation, Data, AI, and Analytics projects.
• Exposure to technology, software, enterprise platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with leadership presentations, governance updates, and business reporting.
