Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
3. Effectively Manage Change Requests - Identify the Impact and scope.
4. Monitor and report on the progress of Requirement.
5. Organize Elaboration sessions with Business Stakeholders.
6. Provide guidance and support to other business analysts.
7. Work with Project Managers in preparing Project Plan, Product road map.
8. Possess skill in the data analysis.
9. Document the Change Request, process flow diagram.
10. Active participation in agile ceremonies
