Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Telecom BSS and data management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business workflows, revenue management, and telecom order and assurance systems. Experience with consumer applications is essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in the Telecom domain, preferably in Telecom BSS.
- Hands-on experience in business analysis within Telecom BSS, including sales, order, revenue, and assurance processes.
- Experience with consumer applications and data management workflows.
- Good-to-have: Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks and digital architecture
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into structured documentation.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work with global teams.
- Preference for candidates residing in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama, enabling immediate or smooth onboarding.
