Job Title: Business Analyst
Required Technical Skill Set
- Hands on experience experience in Business Analyst preferably in telecom BSS domain w.r.t data management
- Having insight of business workflow, revenue management, Telecom order and assurance systems
- Must have Consumer Application experience.
Must-Have
- Knowledge of Telecom BSS domain and Processes
- Candidate Must have Negotiation and Influencing skills Knowledge of Telecom sales, order and assurance processes
- Candidate must have Good Communication skills
- Candidate Must have Negotiation and Influencing skills
- Ability to synthesize information from a variety of data sources into a logical, organized and concise manner.
- Strong written, verbal communication skills skills and ability to work within a Global team
- Strong attention to details and can analyze information quickly.
Good-to-Have
- Technical knowledge of TMForum framework is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Digital architecture
