Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at Upscend. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, developing business processes, and gathering business requirements. The role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and communicating insights to stakeholders to support decision-making. The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve business operations and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing Business Processes
- Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
- Expert in Data Analysis tools (ex: Power BI, Tableau, Pivot Table, SQL, Python).
- Ability to analyse Sales Data to figure out the best approach.
