Business Analyst - Wealth Management

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Wealth Management. The candidate will act as a bridge between Business, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, support project delivery, and drive enhancements across Wealth Management platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Bonds, Mutual Funds, Equities, Structured Products, Margin Lending, and Wealth Operations, along with experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions.
• Knowledge in LTV calculations,Margin utilization,Margin call processes,Collateral management,Pledged securities management and Risk monitoring and exposure calculations
