We are hiring a Business Analytics Consultant with a civil engineering background to support operational and strategic initiatives through data analysis, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate must have consulting experience and the ability to combine engineering knowledge with analytics and business insight to drive efficiency and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze operational and project-related data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
- Support financial, operational, and performance analysis
Dashboards & Reporting
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Track KPIs related to projects, operations, and performance
- Automate reporting processes
Business & Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost optimization
- Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform benchmarking and performance tracking
Project & Stakeholder Support
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and leadership teams
- Translate engineering and business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present insights clearly to stakeholders
Consulting & Strategic Support
- Contribute to strategy development and execution
- Deliver structured recommendations and business cases
- Support cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- 7–10 years of experience in:
- Consulting (Mandatory)
- Data analytics or business analysis
- Reporting and dashboard development
- Operational or process improvement
