Job Summary:
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions that improve efficiency and support business objectives. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional application requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Analyze existing applications and recommend enhancements or alternative solutions with minimum cost.
- Support application implementation, testing, and user acceptance (UAT).
- Identify process gaps and suggest system-driven improvements.
- Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and reports.
- Provide post-implementation support and user training when needed.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline.
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Application Analyst
- Experience with ERP or business applications ( Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
- Ability to map business requirements to system functionalities
- Ability to propose practical and cost-effective solutions
