Role Overview:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide comprehensive pre-sales support, ensuring sales targets are met and clearly articulate the value of the company's solutions to potential customers.
Also enhance proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical approaches and develop proposal plans to identify optimal solutions for successful proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new customer wins for Microsoft Dynamics by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Customer Lifecycle Manager and Partner Connection Manager.
- Present Microsoft Dynamics value propositions and differentiators that align with customers business objectives and IT initiatives, leveraging expertise in solution selling techniques and cloud-based solutions.
- Provide product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Offer technical consultancy for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Showcase technical and business solutions to customers via Teams.
- Conduct quick technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for identified customer solutions.
- Serve as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers.
- Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions on areas of expertise.
- Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net new revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development, with a strong background in technical sales or presales.
- Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, comfortable presenting at the Senior Executive/Board level.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights apps.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 development options and capabilities.
- Familiarity with supporting Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Teams, and their integration with Dynamics 365.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a minimum of 3 years of presales experience in D365 (MB310/330/700 certifications required).
- Dynamics 365 Certifications are a must.
- Understanding of complementary emerging technologies, including AI and Microsoft Copilot.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for success in a customer-facing role.
