Job Description
- Liaise with Product Development Managers and Enterprise Architects to establish a business architecture methodology to capture key enterprise value.
- Support upcoming product roadmaps initiatives by developing and maintaining business capability models, process maps, and data models.
- Document end-to-end business processes, including payment processing, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and fraud detection, with a focus on leveraging technology for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assess existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and propose innovative technology-driven solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years of experience in Business Architecture or related fields.
- Proven experience in financial services domains such as payments, compliance, fraud, or financial crime.
- Proactive, decision-taking individual with outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Analytical, detail oriented and possesses strong statistical skills.
