Responsible for Serving ALL Business Banking clients in the Bank through this teams located in branches within the network.

The role holder is required to use his depth operational Knowledge and skills as well as his interpersonal competencies.
Welcomes the business banking customers, receive their instructions, validate and obtain necessary approvals, then forward to concerned departments to ensure final execution on due time.
Act as the corporate bank front line for day to day corporate operations
Work alongside the SME RM for managing relationship of existing clients & aim at enhancing revenues.
Handles daily clients mail to ensure proper delivery on due dates.
Responsible of the KYC execution and account opening
Access and resolve customers problems in line with the bank procedures; compliance & CBE rules to ensure smooth follow of the circuits & time saving.
University degree in Business or a relevant qualification
Excellent English Language
Excellent knowledge of operation
Excellent knowledge of bank procedures and CBE regulations
