Job Description

Key Job Objective

To manage and lead a Business Centre by driving revenue, manages daily operations, and ensures high tenant satisfaction. To develop business strategies, lead sales/marketing to boost occupancy, manage centre budgets, and oversee facility maintenance to create a productive environment and deliver healthy return on investments

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Sales: Drive occupancy rates by developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and negotiating lease agreements with potential tenants.
  • Client Management & Retention: Build a community by fostering relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns promptly, and improving retention rates through excellent customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily, smooth operations of the facility, including maintenance, security, and cleaning, ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all clients
  • Financial Management: Manage the P&L, budget, invoicing, and expense reporting to ensure profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor centre staff (receptionists, facility managers) to maintain high service standards.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate with and manage external vendors for office supplies, technology, and maintenance services.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in office management, coworking management, hospitality, or facility management.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation abilities. Should be a self-starter who can work independently without regular supervision or intervention.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of office management software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
