Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Center Manager to lead the daily operations of a Business Center in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a customer-focused leader with strong operational and sales expertise who thrives in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Client Experience

  • Oversee daily Business Center operations and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage client onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and office inspections
  • Build strong relationships with clients and handle feedback and complaints
  • Supervise Community Managers and Office Assistants
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards
  • Organize and support in-house community events
  • Control operational expenses to ensure profitability

Sales & Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct center tours and present proposals to prospective clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and report to management
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social media, and promotions
  • Participate in networking and industry events

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in property or center management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in 5-star hotel or premium client management is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
