We are looking for an experienced Center Manager to lead the daily operations of a Business Center in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a customer-focused leader with strong operational and sales expertise who thrives in a dynamic, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Client Experience
- Oversee daily Business Center operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage client onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and office inspections
- Build strong relationships with clients and handle feedback and complaints
- Supervise Community Managers and Office Assistants
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards
- Organize and support in-house community events
- Control operational expenses to ensure profitability
Sales & Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct center tours and present proposals to prospective clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Track sales performance using CRM tools and report to management
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social media, and promotions
- Participate in networking and industry events
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in property or center management
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience in 5-star hotel or premium client management is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
