Job Description

WhizzHR is hiring a Business Consultant in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calling, referrals,

digital platforms, networking).

Understand client needs and present appropriate service packages (bookkeeping,

VAT filing, payroll, etc.).

Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools and ensure regular follow-ups.

Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for

clients.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or professional services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping services is an advantage.

Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals and building long-term relationships.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

ACCA/Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
