Paste & Juice is looking for a qualified and motivated #Business_Consultant to assess and reform business operations, provide expert guidance, and implement projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Controlling in arranging monthly forecasts, measuring the financials against company plans, and directing the business to areas of improvement.
Deliver financial commitments and targets and measure all risks and opportunities at a business level.
Prepare top management financial reporting for Executive Committees.
Lead efficiency initiatives across the value chain by being an active member of the respective committee.
Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation.
Collect information about the client's business through a variety of methods.
Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.
Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's wishes, capabilities, and limitations forming concise reports.
Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.
Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies.
Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
Requirements:
Degree in business administration or related field required.
Fluent in English is a MUST
Previous experience in business consulting preferred.
MBA is preferred.
Strong research and data collection skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
