Business Continuity Manager – Cyber & Digital Resilience

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Continuity Manager with deep expertise across Cyber Resilience, Digital Continuity, Technology Resilience, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) to support a major Oil & Gas organization in Abu Dhabi.

This is a senior individual contributor role requiring someone who can operate strategically with senior stakeholders while remaining technically credible and hands-on with resilience and recovery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive enterprise Business Continuity, Cyber Resilience, and Digital Continuity strategies across critical technology and business environments.
• Assess, design, and support the implementation of infrastructure resilience and redundancy solutions, including disaster recovery, high availability, failover, backup, and recovery capabilities.
• Provide SME-level consulting across BCM, technology resilience, disaster recovery, and cyber recovery, translating business continuity requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Support or lead Digital Vault / Cyber Recovery initiatives, including isolated recovery environments, immutable backups, clean recovery, and ransomware resilience.
• Lead complex resilience projects end-to-end, coordinating Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Applications, Business Continuity, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive senior-level experience across Business Continuity, Cyber/Technology Resilience, Disaster Recovery, and Digital Continuity.
• Strong hands-on technical background implementing infrastructure resilience, redundancy, DR, backup/recovery, or cyber recovery solutions.
• Demonstrable experience developing BCM/resilience strategies within complex enterprise environments, ideally from both implementation and consulting perspectives.
• Exposure to Digital Vault / Cyber Vault / isolated recovery solutions and recovery from major cyber incidents is highly desirable.
• Strong project/program management capability with experience delivering large-scale resilience or transformation initiatives.
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor / SME, working directly with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Previous experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Critical Infrastructure, or similarly complex/regulated environments would be highly advantageous.

This is not a traditional BCM governance-only position. We are specifically looking for someone who combines strategic BCM expertise with deep technical understanding and hands-on experience delivering technology and cyber resilience solutions.
